Many people suffer with an undiagnosed TMJ disorder. TMJ symptoms can vary greatly and can be very difficult to diagnose. They may include any or all of the following symptoms:

  • Teeth grinding or clenching
  • Sore teeth (especially upon waking in the morning)
  • Toothache with no evidence of decay, infection, or trauma
  • Jaw joint pain, clicking, popping or grating noises
  • Limited movement or opening of the jaws or locking of the jaws
  • Migraines
  • Head, neck, shoulder and back aches
  • Sinus, eye or ear pain
  • Ear ringing
  • Dizziness
  • Gum recession around your teeth

If you have one or more of these symptoms, and an underlying medical condition has not been diagnosed, you may be suffering from TMJ Disorder.
